THRESHOLD RETREAT, BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. ORGANIZER

Threshold Retreat is co-facilitated by Drea Awdish and Justine Burdette. All booking agreements, payments, and communications are administered by Drea Awdish. By completing your booking, you enter into an agreement with Drea Awdish on behalf of Threshold Retreat.

  1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure your place. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit is received and acknowledged.

Payment is available in two options:

Pay in Full: Full retreat investment paid at time of booking.

Payment Plan: Deposit paid at booking, with remaining balance split into monthly installments billed on the same day of each following month. Payment plan details and schedule will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Drea Awdish / Threshold Retreat to charge your card according to the agreed payment schedule.

If a scheduled installment fails, you will be notified within 48 hours. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your spot may be released.

  1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. The only exception is if you are able to find a replacement attendee, see Section 4 for details.

If you need to leave the retreat early for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund for unused days. We hope this never happens, and if it does, we'll do everything we can to support your exit with care. No partial refunds will be issued for early departures.

Thank you for your understanding.

In the event that Threshold Retreat is cancelled by the organizers, all payments received will be refunded in full within 30 business days.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruption.

  1. TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your spot. Once we confirm the incoming attendee has agreed to these Terms & Conditions and completed payment, we will refund your payment in full.

You may transfer your booking to another person at any time up to October 1, 2026, provided you notify us in writing at hello@dreaawdish.com. The incoming attendee must agree to these Terms & Conditions before the transfer is confirmed.

If you need help finding a replacement, reach out to us at hello@dreaawdish.com and we'll do what we can to support that process.

  1. RETREAT PROGRAM

Threshold Retreat runs October 15-19, 2026 in Santa Fe, NM. The program includes five days of facilitated gatherings, embodiment practices, shared meals, and rest. Specific scheduling and activities are subject to change at the facilitators' discretion. We reserve the right to adjust programming in response to weather, venue, or group needs without this constituting grounds for a refund.

  1. HEALTH, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION

By attending, you confirm that you are in adequate health to participate in retreat activities, which may include movement, outdoor time, and emotional processing work. You take full responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the retreat.

Threshold Retreat is not a dry space. We trust you to make your own choices and ask that you do so with maturity and consideration for the group. Overindulgence and intoxication are not in keeping with the spirit of this container. All attendees are expected to comply with New Mexico state law. Drea Awdish and Justine Burdette are not responsible for any outcomes related to personal consumption during the retreat.

  1. MEDIA & PRIVACY

Photos or video may be taken during the retreat for use in future promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins and we will honor that completely.

Attendee information will never be shared with third parties. What is shared in the retreat space stays in the retreat space.

  1. LIABILITY

Drea Awdish and Justine Burdette are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising during the retreat, except where required by law. Attendees participate at their own risk.
